Used in the Automatic Processing Oils as Extreme Pressure Additive

Description:

This product has the high content of sulfur and active sulfur. It can produce water-soluble and non water-soluble metal cutting fluids in the harsh operation condition. This product can be soluble in mineral oils and synthetic base oils, but before used, its solubility in the base oils used and compatibilities with other additives should be confirmed. The experience for actual applications shows that this product can well replace extreme pressure additive containing chlorine when used with ZDDP or ashless phosphorus-type additives. When used with the existing of non-ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal passivator should be added.

Application:

Used in the automatic processing oils, broaching oils, deep hole drilling oils, gear cutting pressure oils, grinding oils, linear cutting oils, bending oils, expansion molding oils, deep drawing oils, pressing oils, Line forming oils, line-pipe drawing oils and so on.

Recommended Dosage:

The dosages of T303 generally recommended to blend lubricants are 2% -15%.
